My recent trip was truly wonderful – it was an incredible insight into another world and a chance to really immerse myself in a completely new culture.
Flying to my destination felt like a lifetime, but it was certainly worth the wait.

Everywhere I went I saw all sorts of people wearing different clothes, speaking different languages and following different customs.
I couldn’t believe the vivid colors that I saw in the markets and street stalls, the incredible art that adorned homes and walls, and the unique sounds that filled the air.
I was in awe.
The ancient monuments, bustling cities and majestic landscapes were breathtaking.
Everywhere I looked there was something new to learn: the ancient holy sites, mysterious archaeological sites and diverse architecture.
Every corner I turned I encountered something new and unexpected.
Exploring the streets, I got lost in the beauty and culture of the country and forged lasting memories.
I took part in a cooking class and tried all sorts of exciting new dishes. The traditional hospitality of the people was overwhelmingly generous.
Everywhere I went I was welcomed with open arms, and I felt truly at home. The food I experienced was fresh, flavorful and anything but ordinary.
Exploring the local villages, I discovered a whole new side of the country which I had not expected to find.
It was an extraordinary journey that has changed my perspective of the world.
Every second of my trip was unforgettable and a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
My trip has left me with an incomparable admiration and a true appreciation of the cultures I encountered.
